Laser Cutting in Pocatello, Idaho

Clean, precise cuts on sheet and plate — from your file to a finished part.

Laser Cutting

Precision cuts, repeatable every time

Our laser cutting turns your drawing into a finished steel part with clean, accurate profiles — and the same cut, part after part. We run profile cuts on sheet and plate steel, holding tight, repeatable tolerances across the whole batch.

Because the cut edge comes off clean, there's far less grinding, deburring, and finishing than you'd get from rougher methods. Parts move straight to welding, forming, or assembly. Send a file or a sketch — and if you don't have a drawing, we'll design it in SolidWorks and cut from there.

How it works

From file to finished part

Three simple steps from your idea to parts you can pick up.

1

Send your file or sketch

Email a file or a rough sketch of what you need. No drawing? We can design the part in SolidWorks and cut straight from that.

2

We cut to spec

We program the job and cut your profiles on sheet or plate steel — clean, accurate, and consistent from the first part to the last.

3

Pick up clean, repeatable parts

Collect finished parts ready for welding, forming, or assembly — or hand them straight to our fabrication team to build out.

Applications

What laser cutting is good for

If it starts as flat steel and needs a clean, accurate profile, it's a good fit for the laser.

Brackets & plates

Mounting brackets, base plates, and gussets cut to a clean, repeatable profile.

Gaskets & templates

Flat gaskets, shims, and layout templates cut accurately from sheet.

Machine & equipment parts

Custom components and hard-use parts for machinery, trailers, and tooling.

Signage blanks

Letters, logos, and sign blanks cut from steel and ready for finishing.

Prototype to production

Prove out a single part, then run the same file for the full batch.

Replacement parts

Recreate a worn or hard-to-find part from your drawing to keep equipment running.

Why laser

Why choose laser cutting

When a part has to fit and look right, laser cutting earns its place. It holds a clean edge and a tight profile, so the parts you get back are ready to use — not ready to rework.

  • Clean cut edges with minimal finishing
  • Tight, repeatable tolerances
  • Consistent parts, first to last
  • Less grinding, less waste, less rework
