Metal fabrication services in Pocatello, Idaho

One shop for design, cutting, welding, and fabrication — taken from a napkin sketch or a 3D file all the way to a finished part.

What we do

Everything metal, under one roof

We design, cut, weld, and fabricate in one place, so your job never has to bounce from a design house to a cutter to a welder and back. In-house SolidWorks engineering is the thread that ties it together — the same shop that models the part programs the machine and lays the weld. Fewer handoffs, fewer surprises, and a straight line from idea to finished steel. Whether it starts as a rough idea, a sample to copy, or a finished CAD file, it stays with one shop until the part is done.

Welding & fabrication

Welding & metal fabrication

MIG, TIG, and stick welding on structural, sheet, and plate steel. We build custom fabrications to your drawings and handle walk-in weld repairs when a bracket lets go or a part cracks in the field.

It's one crew from layout to final weld, so the person cutting the steel is the same one standing behind the finished joint.

Laser cutting

Precision cuts, every time

Clean, precise cuts on sheet and plate, driven straight from your file. You get tight, repeatable parts with less grinding and finishing after the cut.

That repeatability is the point — the hundredth part comes off the table looking like the first, which keeps assembly and welding downstream predictable.

CNC & engineering

CNC & SolidWorks engineering

In-house SolidWorks 3D CAD design, development, and CNC programming. Bring a sketch, a sample, or a finished model, and we'll take it from concept to a production-ready part.

Designing and cutting under the same roof means the model gets built to actually run on the machine — not thrown over the wall to figure out later.

More we take on

Also from the shop

Not every job is a production line. A lot of what comes through the door is a single broken part or a one-time build, and that work is just as welcome.

Walk-in weld repairs

Bring the broken part in and we'll get it welded back together. Small jobs are welcome — a shop minimum applies, so it's best for repairs worth doing right.

One-off custom parts

Need exactly one of something? We build one-off parts and custom pieces from your drawing, your sample, or a rough idea sketched on the counter.

Production runs

When one part turns into a hundred, the same design and programming carry into a repeatable run — consistent parts, batch after batch.

Capabilities

What we can take on

From a single weld repair to a full production run, here's the ground we cover.

  • In-house SolidWorks 3D design and engineering
  • Structural, sheet, and plate steel
  • Laser and CNC cutting
  • Welding and custom fabrication
  • Weld repairs through full production runs
  • Work for agriculture, mining, government, and commercial

Have a part, a repair, or a full run?

Send a sketch, a file, or a photo of the broken part, and we'll tell you what it takes to make it.
